BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a **Resourcing & Onboarding Coordinator **to join our team.

**Who we’re looking for**

The Resourcing and Onboarding Coordinator will be a key member of the Client Leadership team and is responsible for working closely with key internal and client stakeholders to address resource needs for a key BIMM client.

Primary areas of responsibility include the allocation of staff resources (~100), resolving booking conflicts, monitoring availability, staffing requirements and onboarding new team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the onboarding process for new team members, documenting processes changes and facilitating software licenses, access and initial setup on the company’s and clients systems
- Monitor and process staff scheduling requests made by the business
- Analyze and challenge resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
- Identify and monitor resource availability, conflicts and shortages
- Prepare relevant resourcing reports and analyze for inconsistencies, for example: billability, utilization
- Work closely with client, product and technical leadership to resource as required and to ensure resourcing processes are understoodSupport the management of our hiring and contractor pipelines
- Identify and implement improvements in practices, processes and reporting
- General admin and other related duties - data entry, timesheet monitoring, process documentation in Confluence

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years resource management in a digital environment
- Experience working closely with large groups of people in a professional service-oriented & Agile environment
- Ownership for deliverables, actions and outcomes
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills to balance individual and business needs
- Ability to work as a team and adapt to changing priorities within the business
- A positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach to the position and ability to work autonomously
- Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
