**Job Summary**

At CNA, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and departure processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support talent acquisition with campus and professional recruitment activities, including welcoming candidates, scheduling interviews, and drafting offers.
  • Assist with onboarding and departure processes, including maintaining the HR Processes tracker, monitoring background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources department, including updating employee records, preparing employment verification letters, and drafting all letter templates.
  • Assist with HR postings on the intranet page and engage in HR team meetings.
  • Develop positive employee relations by providing ongoing advice and support to employees and management.
  • Continually review processes and make recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and maintain procedural documentations as required.
  • Support HR Business Partners with projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively across a cross-functional team while supporting conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Teams).
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating daily and ongoing projects effectively and efficiently within specified timeframes.
  • Possess strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information.
  • Flexible team player who can adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
