Restaurant Onboarding Coordinator

Repair and maintenance is the heartbeat of any restaurant's operations, yet the existing management methods are complex, expensive, and time-consuming. With ResQ, restaurants can simply get connected to qualified service providers, submit jobs, track progress, and pay, all in one place.

**What you will do**
We are looking for a Restaurant Onboarding Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in coordinating and scheduling visits and travel for our Restaurant Implementation Specialists. **This role is a 3 month part
- time contract with the ability to be extended as needed.**
- **Scheduling**: Responsible for working with all our new customers and new facilities to schedule and manage visits from our on-the-ground teams to support onboarding and engagement processes.
- ** Travel and Logistics**:Booking all travel, accommodation and logistics for our on-the-ground teams as needed. Ensuring all the on-the-ground teams are appropriately equipped for their onsite visits with supplies, collateral and other materials as needed.
- ** Quality checks**:Ensuring our on-the-ground teams appropriately complete all their tasks when they visit new facilities.
- ** Continuous improvement**:You will proactively identify opportunities for ResQ to improve the onboarding and engagement processes that you support. This can include process redesign, technology changes and working very closely with other groups in Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sales on solutions.
**Who you are**:
- You have 2-3 years of experience with project management and coordinator experience being a preference
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while finding ways to operate more efficiently
- You are a problem solver and resourceful in looking for solutions
- You take Extreme Ownership in everything you do - it's one of our core operating values
- You are a motivated top performer, you persevere through intense obstacles
- You are good with customers and people
