**About the Role**:
Your role as the Human Resources Coordinator will be far from one-dimensional; this will be an opportunity to learn from a well-respected and knowledgeable team. In collaboration with the Human Resources Manager, you’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, such as onboarding, training, administering employee benefits, providing employee relations support, developing policies and HR programs to engage our team across the organization. Utilizing Dayforce, the HR Coordinator ensures the confidentiality and accuracy of employee records while providing key insights. Acting as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, this role also contributes to talent requisition and management initiatives, making it integral to the organization's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support the growth and development of our team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, employee engagement surveys, and annual reviews.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefit plans, conducting market research as required to ensure competitive offerings.
- Accurately manage HR files and records on our internal server and HRIS system (Dayforce), maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Oversee regular employee and organizational communications to keep our team informed and engaged.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the needs of the organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Dayforce).
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
