We are a well-established and expanding HVAC company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who shares our values to work directly with our General Manager and support the daily operations of our business.
ECM is the leading HVAC company in south-eastern Ontario. We specialize in residential heat pumps of all sorts. We work closely with several grant programs that incentivize customers to invest in new heating/cooling systems. We have grown significantly over that last year and are looking to expand our crew and manage our employee’s workload with an Admin Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately enter information for billing and warranty
- Coordinate scheduling with ops manager and technicians
- Filing of physical and digital documents for record keeping and budgetary purposes
- Outgoing friendly attitude
- Experience with Microsoft office suite is an asset
How to Apply:
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:
