**Job Details**
- Full-time Monday to Friday
- $20 per hour

**Responsibilities**
- Manage parking software sign-ins for visitors and building tenants
- Greet and direct clients, vendors and visitors in a professional manner
- Welcome guests to Consulate Office and guide them to the waiting area
- Answer multi-line phone system and forwarding calls and taking messages
- Handle incoming & outgoing courier packages
- Book appointments and maintain boardroom schedule
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, electronic faxes, and invoices
- Assist with administrative tasks, filing, archiving & information retrieval
- Monitor office & kitchen supplies, restocking as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchenette & lunchroom, unload dishwasher
- Ensure office machinery is operational, keeping copier stocked with paper, toner and schedule maintenance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness & organization of waiting areas, media room, supply room & boardrooms
- Handle accounts payable processes, including mailing of cheques and filing paid invoices
- Mailing customer invoicing and filing system
- Monitor website and social media sites for any issues and report to appropriate personnel
- Liaise with marketing team to create & organize content for social media platforms, ensuring good, consistent, and engaging online presence.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in office administration and reception
- Excellent Written & Verbal skills
- Microsoft Office, internet, presentation software, social media platforms
- Applicant must have a valid Driver’s license and own transportation

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
