Halifax, Canada Halifax Real Estate Team Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Transaction Coordination:

- Assist with the coordination and management of real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties involved in the transaction process.

Client Communication:

- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic filing systems to ensure efficient document management
- Maintan the client database system
- Event planning as required

Marketing Assistance:

- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online listings.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence to promote properties and engage with potential clients.
- Coordinate advertising efforts and track marketing expenses.

Office Management:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Assist with general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Help maintain office cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Knowledge of CANVA is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Notes: this role could be part-time or full time depending on the individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
