We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who is passionate about business and organizational development. This role will be responsible for researching best practices for various aspects of organizational development along with supporting the implementation of processes and developing policies to create innovative change at Nisa Foundation.**Key Responsibilities**
- **Research Best Practices**:Delve deep into industry standards and creative solutions on pivotal organizational development areas such as: performance management, organizational culture, leadership development, onboarding, and employee benefits-
**Operational Implementation**:Harness tools such as ClickUp and Microsoft 365 to support with the implementation of processes drawn from research insights-
**Consultant Coordination**:Coordinate with consultants or specialists when specialized knowledge is required**Qualifications**:
Passion for innovation and organizational development-
- Excellent research capabilities with a keen attention to detail-
- Familiar with tools like ClickUp or a willingness to learn-
- Post-secondary education (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Business, Business Administration or related field
