**Office Coordinator**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Expenses for office employees
- Travel arrangements
- Meeting preparation help (connecting the presentations, preparing rooms, catering, etc.)
- Manual data entry (finance reporting / uploading)
- External communications / memos / contacting vendors
- General communications to the team
- Extracting reports from system (MAS), in excel
- Office management (coordinating cleaning, buying supplies, stationery, etc)
- Contact point for Montreal, New York offices

**Qualifications and skills**:

- 2 years of experience in an office environnement
- Collegial Diploma in business administration
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to perform basic functions on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
