Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative specializing in toys and gifts, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with our existing clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and reaching out to potential business customers, showcasing our products, and securing sales contracts. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the B2B sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Research and identify potential B2B customers in target industries and geographic regions.
Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and present relevant products and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their toy and gift procurement needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions and offerings to meet customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and establish new business relationships.
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the retail, consumer goods, or wholesale industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $34,145.49-$101,551.31 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
