Program Administrator, Entry to Practice Asse

Position Summary-
What you’ll do at OCP- Plan for and arrange internal and external meetings depending on needs, which includes checking the availability of all meeting attendees, inviting meeting participants, booking facilities, A/V requirements and web/teleconference arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the Entry to Practice Assessments Lead and other team members, including attending team meetings, taking minutes for distribution and follow-up on tasks or items identified.
- Prepare, file, and organize documents and resources for the Entry to Practice Assessments team, including reports, communications, surveys, spreadsheets, etc.
- Coordinate requirements and timeframes for registrants moving from part B to part A of the OCP register.
- Assist in organization and delivery of PACE Assessor training workshops including sending invitations, compiling and distributing meeting materials in advance of the meeting, meeting attendance, organizing/drafting follow-up materials, and collection of expenses and statements.
- Complete mailing of assessor certificates and other relevant documents.
- Maintain PACE Assessor relationships and records including assessor availability, needs (i.e., location, usage), training/expiry dates, and concerns. Triage and escalate concerns to the relevant person(s) as needed.
- Process PACE results and update registrant records.
- Pull reports and other data from various software platforms; compile and analyze data to highlight trends for review by Lead and/or Manager.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by Lead and/or Manager, Registration.

- Experience in data maintenance and data integrity principles
What experience we prefer- Education- College diploma in a related field such as pharmacy, business, administration or equivalent
- Work Experience- Must have 2-3 years of recent relevant experience in an administrative or related role.
- Pharmacy experience is an asset.
