We have also expanded our line to include energy-saving heat and energy recovery ventilators, space-saving OTR microwaves and quietly efficient bathroom fans. Our products can be found in the showrooms of prestige builders throughout North America and at national and independent appliance dealers from coast-to-coast. We have partnerships with top online retailers and have been featured on numerous home improvement and lifestyle television programs.

The tight-knit, family-oriented origin of Cyclone now extends to our entire staff and all of our customers both big and small. We believe that our relationships are just beginning whenever a product is sold, and we follow through with friendly, outstanding service.

Working hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. *Overtime may be required occasionally so the ability to be flexible is an asset.

Starting salary is $40,000 per year depending on experience, paid semi-monthly (twice per month)

Two weeks paid vacation and group health benefits included after 90 day probationary period.

**Job summary**:

- Create and support administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of daily office procedures;
- Execute and complete assigned tasks/projects efficiently;
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization;
- Prepare presentation material and supporting documents for upcoming meetings;
- Organize travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations;
- Provide supporting documents to clients in a timely manner;
- Digital content creation;
- Maintain and order office supplies;
- Contribute to team effort by executing various assigned tasks;
- Maintain/organize client files;
- Create/update office forms and templates;
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills, polite, courteous and professional;
- Strong reporting skills;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Adobe and Google Drive;
- Knowledge and experience with _Canvas _is an asset;
- Excellent organization;
- Analytical skills;
- Professionalism;
- Skilled in problem solving;
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task;
- Motivated self-starter;
- Verbal and written French communication is an asset;
- Verbal and written Mandarin communication is an asset;
- Marketing knowledge and experience is an asset;
