Reporting to: Directly reports to the Head of the Chairman's Office & Assistant to the Chairman

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document management, meeting arrangements, and schedule coordination.
- Responsible for receiving visitors, including arranging meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
- Manage the procurement and administration of office supplies to ensure effective use of office resources.
- Assist in organizing internal and external company events and meetings, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Support the HR department's recruitment process, such as resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Handle assigned technical maintenance tasks.
- Assist with engineering inspections and project follow-ups.
- Support various external affairs activities and hospitality receptions.
- Address various building property management needs.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

- Language requirements: Proficient in Mandarin, with strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in Office & Google software.
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as an effective team member.
- Capable of handling complex administrative tasks and maintaining work quality and efficiency under pressure.
- Passionate or experienced in hardware and software maintenance and research.
- Some knowledge or experience in graphic design/advertising marketing.
- Possession of an Ontario Class G driver's license.

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
