Our ECCO Supply division is a full-service wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplies and equipment. With sales branches located in centers throughout Western and Central Canada, we are expanding our team with individuals eager improve customer experience and drive significant market growth.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are currently searching for a skilled individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our ECCO Supply branch. In this role, the individual will be responsible for delivering administrative and customer service support. Key responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with suppliers and customers to address issues, damages, or anomalies. Additionally, the role involves processing freight payables with a keen attention to detail and efficiency in a high-volume department.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients as first point of contact and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Customer liaison regarding general inquiries, customer complaints, etc. to ensure follow up is carried through to customer satisfaction

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Minimum of one year related administrative experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong computer, MS Office and data entry skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Superior customer service skills combined with ability to prioritize and multitask
