**Profil**:
L'assistant(e) exécutif (ve) /responsable de bureau soutient les cadres dans toutes les fonctions administratives, y compris la coordination des voyages, la planification des réunions, les dépenses, la tenue des contacts et des notes de réunions ainsi que la participation à d'autres projets ponctuels. L'assistant(e) exécutif (ve) /responsable de bureau gère également la fonction administrative générale et les activités du siège social de McAsphalt.

**Vos responsabilités**:
**Assistant(e) exécutif (ve)**
- Gère les calendriers quotidiens et les préparatifs de voyage
- Aide à la préparation des réunions, à la rédaction des procès-verbaux des réunions et à la réalisation des activités de suivi, sur demande

**Responsable de bureau**
- Gère et supervise le personnel de bureau, y compris le personnel de la réception
- Maintenir l'efficacité du bureau en planifiant et en mettant en œuvre les systèmes de bureau, les aménagements et l'achat d'équipement
- Gère l'aménagement des plans de bureau et l'attribution des espaces pour le siège social et d'autres installations majeures.
- Surveiller les fournitures de bureau et commander de nouveaux articles de papeterie, meubles, appareils électroménagers et électroniques selon les besoins
- Assure la liaison avec les fournisseurs de gestion des installations, y compris les services de nettoyage, de restauration et de sécurité
- Supervise le budget du bureau, y compris le suivi des dépenses et l'optimisation des coûts lorsque cela est possible.
- Autres tâches assignées par le président ou l'équipe de haute direction

**Qualifications requises**:

- 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle connexe dans des fonctions administratives généralement comparables
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à organiser et coordonner plusieurs projets simultanés
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbale qu'écrite
- Capacité démontrée à traiter des informations hautement sensibles et confidentielles
- Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Haute compétences de Microsoft Office
- Diplôme secondaire; une certification supplémentaire en Office Management est un plus
