**Responsibilities for Office Administrative Assistant**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and workspaces.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs by liaising with vendors (e.g., cleaning services, IT support).
- Manage office equipment and technology needs, coordinating with IT for setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage relationships with service providers and landlords, ensuring smooth operation of the office space.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing internal events, and managing calendars for senior team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating staff training sessions.
- Track office expenses and work closely with finance to manage budgets and process invoices.
- Assist with basic IT tasks such as setting up new workstations, managing printer/copier supplies, and resolving minor issues.
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of Administration department and company.
- Assisting with the preparation of rough drafts of company-wide communications regarding company initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients.
- Collaborating with other departments to support them in ensuring event success.

**Qualifications for Office Administrative Assistant**
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.

**Things to Discuss Further During the Interview**
- This position will offer the opportunity for occasional travel.
- Our company offers above the normal starting vacation and observes US holidays.
- Our company is working on a hybrid model with some days in the office and some days at home.
