**Job Purpose**:
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager Delivers exceptional executive support to the Executive Managing Director & Global Head of Capital raising and other Senior Executives while ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities, equipment, and services. The role also provides support to the Capital Raising team.
**Primary Accountabilities**:Executive Assistance**:

- Coordinate and support the sales team.
- Arrange travel and prepare itineraries.
- Manage correspondence, expense reports, and office events.
- Liaise with other EAs and assist with legal documentation.

**Administration & Office Management**:

- Oversee office operations, including equipment and vendor management.
- Process accounts payable and develop office procedures for efficiency.
- Plan office events and ensure backup coverage during absences.
- Assist with new employee on-boarding and off-boarding.

**Sales Team Support**:

- Maintain Salesforce and generate reports for the sales team.
- Support strategic projects and manage marketing material printing.
- Assist in compiling expense reports and other sales-related tasks.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Highschool diploma and a diploma in business administration or related field.
- 4-5 years of related experience.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and project management.

**Salary Range**:
$58,000- $78,000 commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
Eligible for Discretionary Bonus, RRSP matching, Group Benefits, Education Assistance
