**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, proofreading, and maintaining office files.
- Answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Support the team with various projects as needed. Good phone manner and able to support sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
