**Duties**:
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, typing, and data entry
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Provide customer service support
**Skills**:
**Required Skills**:
- Experience in the Residential Construction Industry
- Experience in customer support or office administration
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting
- Front desk experience
- Ability to file and organize documents effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.96-$28.30 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
