We are looking to hire a **Product Manager** to manage sustaining activities for the ongoing improvement and reliability of their products. You will be responsible for the prioritization of ongoing improvement and reliability projects to maximize customer value and facilitate achievement of core business goals.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Manage Sustaining Product activities from initiation through planning, execution, controlling, and implementation
- Serve as Product Owner for Software Development Team
- Provide summary updates of the projects to Senior Leadership Team
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Ensure team members understand project objectives, specifications, deliverables, timelines and tasks through ongoing clear, concise communication and motivation

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must have at least 3 years of commercial and/or business development and/or sales and/or marketing experience
- Knowledge of cGMP procedures/practices, preferred
- 2 or more years of medical device, biotechnology and/or life sciences industry experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management, leadership and organizational skills
- Able to influence others to meet/exceed established goals
