**About the Position - Outlet Manager**

The Outlet Store Manager will primarily be responsible for running and overseeing the outlet store in Kingston. The role requires leading a team geared towards serving clientele, through both the store front and warehouse, and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. This will include balancing serving walk in clients when needed, supporting the rest of the team to achieve success, working closely with colleagues in other locations and continuously centring the client to ensure the highest level of service and accountability is achieved.

**What** **You’ll Be Doing**
- Responsible for overall sales, operations, inventory, staff, facility and ultimately the performance and success of the branch including meeting budgetary requirements
- Manage resources and staff, develop and attain sales goals, deliver customer service, and grow the location's revenues.
- Manage personnel including hiring, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, health and safety, and termination
- Oversee and ensure maintenance on equipment particularly warehouse and facility equipment
- Ensure stock levels are adequate and maintained
- Drive continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and operational activities
- Have great understanding of vast product types and collections including continually familiarizing yourself with new products in order to relay information to clients
- Provide exceptional service, consultation and client experience to anyone who enters our store Build professional, long term relationships, especially with trade clients, in order to close repeat sales based on trust and service
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
- Collaborate with and lead Showroom Sales Associates and work harmoniously with other business units including Account Managers, merchandising, logistics managers, operations managers, etc.
- Ensure project requirements are met, including timelines, inventory levels, processing orders/payment and communicating with all parties involved

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Two years (2) in a leadership role
- Three to five (3-5) years of customer service experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to lead a team to success and inspire great customer service and attention to detail
- Work as a direct communicator giving employee direction and feedback
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, coaching and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
- Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers and associates
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- An understanding that the client is central to everything we do
- Mature, positive, friendly, courteous attitude
- Proactive problem solver. That also means identifying potential problems and taking care of them before they might escalate
- Able to use technology (ERP, Microsoft Office). We’ll train you on our systems in your first week.

**Salary - **$65,000 plus bonus commission
