Production Control Clerk

The Production Control Clerk is responsible for the data processing and controlling of all manufacturing documentation.
Includes:
- Data processing all quotations, shop orders and purchase orders, inquiring of any errors or inconsistencies as they are processed
- Plot and control all drawings; maintain track of any revisions; organize all electronic drawings
- Data processing of customer inventory orders, acting as a liaise with the customer for delivery dates
- Expedite deliveries of raw materials from vendors
- Monitor material receipt and release jobs to shop floor when material arrives
- Coordinating shipments of internal materials
- Coordinating shipments to customers including completion of all related documentation
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Complete routine administrative duties
- Assisting existing staff on other general accounting duties and projects
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- College diploma in Business Accounting or Business Administration Accounting
- Experience within a manufacturing and job costing environment
- Experience with ISO9001:2015 standards is an asset

- Must have good time management, problem-solving skills, initiative and a commitment to tasks
- Self starter, organized and ability to multi-task projects
- Exceptional and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
