**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to a continuous improvement in human safety, food safety, product quality, cost reduction, efficiency and profitability respecting corporate mission, vision, and values.
- Plan, manage and coordinate production department to deliver final product on quantity and quality on time.
- Assure that the plant has the required resources (trained HR and equipment) to setup production plans and execution to meet customer needs
- Assure that good manufacturing practices (HACCP, GSFI Standards, Hygiene and Cleanness) are implemented and aligned with the group Quality policies.
- Be part of the daily meeting with the operational team; member of HACCP, HSE and tasting team.
- Collaborate with R&D to follow trials and first 3 production runs (document observations, process parameters, recommendations, and results); provide feedback to R&D regarding the final product control panels.
- Update procedures, forms, work instructions and training records as required
- Monitor and validate all the Critical Control Points (CCPs)
- Validate raw materials, temperatures, and flows for all the productions
- Extract weekly KPI data and compile Industrial report for leadership team; analyze any deviations and action plans; update KPI board weekly with metrics relevant to production and efficiency.
- Analyze mass balance and follow up of critical references to reduce the process losses & RM losses in the different stages of the process on weekly basis
- Assist production and maintenance teams with troubleshooting process-related issues
- Operational coordination for raw materials, finished product, re-processable product and containers inventory
- Manage consumable inventory such as cleaning chemicals and packaging materials, prepare the inventory reports through the year
- Participation in projects for continuous improvement, automation, and other equipment improvement to optimize the industrial operation
- Participate in the monthly analysis of the factory's budget deviation and assessment of its performance
- Be part of the team responsible for the yearly budget preparation
- Validate invoices
- Comply with rules, safe work practices, health and safety standards and use of personal protective equipment, Food Safety & Quality policies and procedures, and standard operating procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food industry or similar roles
- Must be able to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment; work effectively both independently and within a team
- Must be safety and quality conscious
- Completing HACCP Training considered as an asset
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office programs
- Exposure to SAP considered as an asset
