Web Project Manager

**Role**: Web Project Manager
**Location**: Yellowknife, NT
- 10+ years of project management experience in web design and development.
- Leadership ability to effectively prepare, meet, present, and manage client calls
- Proficiency with Drupal.
- Experience using PM software such as Jira
- Confidence in driving all aspects of the project’s process to keep the team focused and clients reassured
- Technical writing skills for documentation
- 1+ years of fully remote PM experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish project scope based on client’s budget, business, technical, creative, and strategic goals
- Expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with investment, energy, and enthusiasm
- Ensure project/updates scope is clearly defined to client and internally and that work is done on time and within budget
- Gather content from client as needed and make sure the client is fully aware of what is needed when to avoid project delays
- Serve as the liaison between the creative team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and more
- Work with the design team to make sure that client vision is accurately represented in designs created/presented
- Create successfully achieved project timelines that define expected completion dates, milestones, and who is responsible for each task
- Ability to make a strong case while listening and remaining open to other perspectives
- Manage the creative department project schedules, budgets, and scopes
- Take full ownership on all account activities to be the single point of contact both internally and to the client
- Results orientation and willingness to improve process
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate both with and without authority
- Create requirements documents, design specifications, technical specifications, project schedules, project documentation, and other deliverables
- Ability to work effectively and dependably in remote environments
- Confidence to effectively present well-reasoned options to decision makers
- Take ownership of QA testing to make sure the work being done by the team is meeting or exceeding client’s expectations.
Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
