About the Role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee the implementation of quality assurance and control programs on our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and protocols;
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality control activities;
  • Provide guidance and support to project personnel on quality control best practices;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control and/or civil construction, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity;
  • Proven track record of implementing effective quality control programs;
  • Strong knowledge of ASME Codes, CSA Code, and Building Code;
  • Familiarity with concrete, civil, earthworks, and piling scopes;
  • Able to read and interpret civil drawings;
