**Summary of The Position**

**optÿmyze.ca is currently searching for a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to play a pivotal role in generating revenue by overseeing the sales process from start to finish.**

**As the BDM, your responsibilities will be**
- **To identify and qualify leads,**:

- **Build relationships with potential customers,**:

- **Present the benefits of our products and services,**:

- **Closing deals, and**:

- **Negotiating contracts.**

**The mission of this position is to ensure that the company is growing its client base month over month.**

**This position is a 100% commission-based position.**

**Requirements**:

- **Three (3) Years of experience in the sales of Digital Marketing **_**(I don’t want you to manage the campaigns, but you need to be proficient with the language used in digital marketing, e.g. KPIs, metrics, etc.)**_
- **Must have previous experience in conducting online sales consultations and delivering effective presentations.**:

- **Experience in high ticket sales**:

- **Must be a self-starter with a strong drive for success.**:

- **Have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.**:

- **Approaches each day with a sense of urgency and purpose**:

- **Possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to create rapport.**:

- **Effective communication and presentation skills. (written and verbal)**:

- **Have experience and working knowledge of Zoom, WiX CRM system, and Google Suite.**:

- **Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize your tasks**:

- **You genuinely enjoy working in sales.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Use various sales techniques for prospecting, identifying, qualifying, assessing potential leads and understanding their needs and challenges.**:

- **Build relationships with key decision makers, and understand their business goals and objectives.**:

- **Develop and deliver sales presentations highlighting the benefits and value of optÿmyze.ca services.**:

- **Close deals and negotiate contracts,**:

- **Work with the customer to address objections or concerns.**:

- **Achieve or exceed sales quotas.**:

- **consistently meeting sales performance expectations.**:

- **Utilize CRM to track and manage sales activities, including prospecting, follow-up, and forecasting.**
