Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services and products.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the life insurance industry.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- College or University degree in a related field is preferred
- Prior sales experience in the life insurance industry, with familiarity in advisor practice management
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products (Segregated Funds, Annuities, Critical Illness Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Whole Life Insurance).
