**Administrative Assistant **_(Permanent/Full time)_

The administrative Assistant supports the team at the Regional office as well as Supervisors in the field as needed. This position is an intricate piece of the Atlantic Region Team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Support and train field staff on Thinx, Zuora, Zendesk and BI as required;
- Monitor the keys and safe use;
- Deal with complaints as escalated by Office Clerk;
- Answer phones and deal with walk in customers/clients;
- Assign and respond to Zendesk requests;
- Process new monthly parking requests;
- Code supplier invoices and send to the accounting team;
- Credit card and bank reconciliation for PFC client;
- Uploads PADS payments to the bank;
- Review client profit and loss statements and forward any concerns back to the accounting team;
- Request and monitor payroll deductions for hospital locations;
- Cheque deposits;
- Created and send cheque requests to the accounting team ( with approval from ops. manager);
- Performance some duties for Accounting Rreceivables;
- Provide the accounting team with information required to process month end reports (POS, Deposit totals etc);
- Potential for travel amongst the Atlantic provinces;
- Handle petty cash including balance and cheque request;

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or two years experience in an administrative or similar role.
- excellent verbal communication skills.
- customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others.

**Tipical Shedule**:

- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
