A key TELUS Health Team member accountable for achieving individual sales quotas. The Enterprise Account Executive will engaging key members from sales teams across all TELUS Business Units (BU) and work collaboratively driving Cross Sale activities to help existing TELUS clients achieve their employee health and wellness, productivity and profitability goals leveraging TELUS Health's robust solution and product offering.
Client Strategy Development
- Make connections at all levels of client’s business with a strategy to engage executives and expand relationships across the organization.
- Build in-depth understanding of client’s business objectives and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor; translate industry knowledge, competitive market dynamics, general business acumen and deep understanding of client’s business into value added insights & solutions.
- Set a clear vision, strategy and plan for deepening and expanding client relationships.
- Leverage all TELUS product and service lines to complete a holistic growth plan that meets the needs and objectives of clients.
Sales Execution
- Drive revenue growth
- Execute on cross sell strategy expanding growth across TELUS Health and TELUS business units.
- Develop and effectively manage a sales funnel, leveraging existing TELUS relationships.
- Develop and nurture prospects, clients and partners through networking, attending and participating in events and conferences, public speaking, and other sources.
- Navigate a complex sales cycle with many stakeholders.
- Understand client’s buying process and effectively engage in the budgeting cycle.
- Work in partnership with a larger sales force with solution expertise, identify and optimize opportunities for effective cross-selling to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with business units, marketing and sales teams to drive product intensity across TELUS Health client base with strategy specific to enterprise market.
- Prepare and present comprehensive and compelling business presentations to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior client executives.
- Work with client facing teams to identify barriers to cross sell, engaging leadership to effectively solution.
Experience
- Must have 7+ years sales experience with demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- In-depth knowledge of employee mental and physical health and wellness, EAP, digital health, occupational health and disability management.
- A deep understanding of the health and wellbeing market in Canada, international experience is an asset.
- Experience in leading client strategy development and execution including strong business management skills (development of client strategies, value propositions, client proposals, client contract development and negotiations).
- An amazing storyteller with a track record selling value-based solutions.
- You understand the power of data to inform decisions, love problem solving, and you’re driven by getting things done.
- Track record of consistent overachievement in a B2B sales environment
- Experience with CRM is required, preferably with Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to plan, prioritize and consistently exceed targets and expectations.
Required Professional Designation/Certification:
- 7+ years of business development and strategic planning in healthcare industries with proven ability to grow revenue.
- University degree or equivalent experience at a senior level.
- MBA a strong asset.
- Clinical designations and experience a strong asset.
- Professional Sales certification(s) is a strong asset.
Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health or LifeWorks office or customer premises.
