**Service Coordinator**
The Service Coordinator provides support to the field service team. This position works closely with field personnel and management to prepare action plans and perform various coordinating tasks such as scheduling, maintaining documentation, performing administrative duties, etc.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assemble all required documents when a new project starts
- Communicate details as required
- Complete consolidation of weekly reports
- Create travel and accommodation arrangements for field Employees
- Ensure Employees are activated on site (where required) and have completed site orientation(s)
- Ensure Employees are up-to-date on required drug and alcohol tests, mask fits, and other occupational health requirements
- Maintain all invoicing requirements as directed by the Client Manager
- Maintain job and administrative files, including daily Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEMs) and cost tracking sheets for invoicing and Client requests
- Manage the resources to stay on schedule and/or monitor the deliverables
- Support Client Managers in the preparation of reports and site mobilization requirements
- Organize and book equipment, parts, labour, accommodations, transportation, etc. as required
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of rental experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in oil and gas/industrial/construction industries
- High school diploma / GED
- Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)
- Ability to deal with the public in a positive, courteous, and respectful manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent demanding deadlines
- Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
