Hines Health Services focuses on providing occupational health services that include: audiograms, back & flexibility assessments, drug & alcohol testing, health assessments, immunizations, MRO service, physician referrals, respiratory mask fit testing, spirometry, WCB consulting, and vision screening.
**Health Services Coordinator**
**Job description**
**Position Summary**: As a health services coordinator your role wll include:
- Greeting clients
- Taking multiple calls
- Booking in-town appointments
- Coordinating national testing appointments
- Receiving results from national testing appointments and organizing charts for nurse & physician review
- Organize results on database for non-negative drug tests.
- Filing charts
- Organize invoices for the finance coordinator
- Opening mail and organizing it appropriately
- Receiving results from fax machine
- Updating Electronic Medical Records
- Implement cost controls
- Ordering inventory and supplies

- Strong process development and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
- Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, Fresh books, Sage, Word, MED Access EMR and the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently
- Proven ability to monitor and uphold high quality of service and products to both internal and external clients
- Ability to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
