*Overview*

*Responsibilities*
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Manage client appointments and assist with scheduling
- Utilize and manage physical and electronic records
- Operate in a professional manner
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Coordinate communication between relevant parties.
- Support the owners/ CEO

*Experience*
- Previous experience in construction or flooring industry and/ or retail business sector. Willing to train.
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail
- Able to support owner and executives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Dext an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
