**Old Yale Brewing** is looking to have an **Inside Sales Representative **join our passionate Sales Team

The **Inside Sales Representative** will be the champion of various moving pieces when it comes to our current and new account customers such as providing communication for orders and any general questions, coordinating the receiving of sales orders, liaising with our Sales Representatives and Sales & Logistics team to ensure all orders can be fulfilled and delivered on time, maintaining Old Yale Brewing's CRM system, and generating various sales activity reports for the team.

**Core Job Responsibilities**:

- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers while simultaneously identifying new opportunities to promote Old Yale Brewing products and services.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Logistics Team on order fulfillment and/or inventory replenishment status.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Work with Old Yale Brewing's CRM system to keep accurately updated.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge by learning about products, trends, reading industry publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in Old Yale Brewing Co. events.
- Keeps management apprised of sales activity via various reports (call logs, work plans, territory analysis).
- Generate and submit sales reports to create a call sheet.

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience in a sales capacity or relevant customer service-related experience
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Approximately 2-3 years of work experience in customer service, sales assistant, etc.
- Maintain high energy and performance-driven work ethic with a strong desire for continuous improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including superior communication and interpersonal skills using consultative sales principles
- Proven ability and desire to work in a fun and fast environment.
- Work with various departments on resolving customer issues and suggesting enhancements
- Exemplary time management skills and an ability to work within a continually evolving environment.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including the ability to travel extensively.
- Valid driver's license with no limitations/restrictions. Must provide a recent copy of an MVR (Driver's Abstract)
