**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of various technology and software programs, Microsoft outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Strong phone presence & experience taking multiple customer inquiries per day.
- Ability to multitask balance and prioritize amount of work given.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Product knowledge preferred.
- People oriented and experienced in rapport building.

**Duties**
- Processing customer sales orders and invoices.
- Maintaining product knowledge to properly advise customers on products they are inquiring about.
- Assist customers with special item inquiries, and process in a timely manner.
- Communication with customers and directing them efficiently to the correct department.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Source items to meet customer request and requirements with various vendors.
- May include some receiving duties from time to time.
- Foster and building customer relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
