**THE ORGANIZATION**
BC Housing is a provincial Crown Corporation that develops, manages and administers a wide range of subsidized housing options for those most in need across the province to address critical gaps across the housing continuum ranging from emergency shelter through to rent assistance in the private market and affordable home ownership. _Share in the rewards of working with an organization that offers challenging work and competitive compensation and supports the growth and development of its people._

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
- High school diploma and completion of post-secondary courses in records management or other related discipline.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the employer.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
Sound knowledge of principles, practices, statutory requirements, and government policy relating to records management.
- Sound knowledge of electronic records management systems.
- Sound knowledge of ARCS and ORCS or similar Records Management classification systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a solid command of the English language.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to foster positive working relationships with all departments.
- Excellent organizational and priority-setting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and process a large volume of work while meeting prescribed deadlines.
- Ability to understand the objectives, workflows, and practices of a variety of programs and the records management requirements to support them, while meeting ARCS and ORCS classification standards.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 18 kilograms.
- Ability to occasionally travel to regional locations to provide records management training and advisory service.
