**1- Document Preparation and Management**:
Draft, enter, revise, and proofread various other documents including correspondence, invoices, notes**.**

**2-Client Communication**

Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries, and relay telephone calls and messages as needed.
Response to inquiries from leads and sort them out according to their eligibility.

**3-Data Entry and Database Management**:

- Maintain and update client records in the company’s database, ensuring confidentiality and security of all client information.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems**.**

**4-Research and Compliance**:

- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and procedures**.**:

- Assist in researching and compiling information relevant to different immigration cases**.**:

- Help draft correspondence and legal documents under the supervision of the immigration consultant and manage and file these documents properly**.**

**5-Billing and Invoicing**:

- Assist with the preparation of bills and invoices for services provided**.* Ensure that payments are tracked and received on time**.*

**6-Appointment Scheduling**:

- Arrange appointments and meetings for the immigration consultant, including interviews, consultations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Manage the scheduling and confirmation of appointments and meetings of the consultant**.**

**7-Additional Responsibilities**
- Client Support Services and General Office Duties.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of business and direct visitors to the employer or appropriate person.
- Receiving calls and address the customers needs or concerns.

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
