Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a Full Time Administrative Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative tasks.
To be an excellent administrative coordinator, you must be organized and very detail oriented. You must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.
Assist the managers in facilitating the effective management of programs and events according to the association’s standards.
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Maintaining the Association database
- Compile information, analyze, create, and distribute electronic newsletters, event briefs, and weekly updates etc.
- Prepare and distribute website contents and communication materials via Campaign Monitor
- Prepare and distribute surveys via Survey Monkey
- Prepare Board Documentation
- Manage social media posts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Facilitate webinars and meetings through Zoom and MS Teams
- Provide admin support for Charity/Gala events including keeping track of donations, managing certificates etc.
**Requirements**:
- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Post-secondary education in related field would be an asset
- Working in a not-for-profit environment would be an asset
- 2-3 years experience in administrative/coordinator role would be an asset
- Problem-solving ability
