**As a Utilization Coordinator your responsibilities will include**:

- Daily scheduling for ECS colleagues in our scheduling tool, which includes assigning files and updating schedules
- Working with the team and supporting other colleagues where the Utilization manager sees fit
- Working well with high volume, sometimes tight timelines
- A curious mindset that is open to feedback to help develop and learn in the role
- An eagerness and knack for learning new software and processes

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Ideally in business or commerce
- Minimum 1+ years working experience in an office environment, ideally in professional services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
- Organized, eye for detail, quick study, curiosity to learn, high integrity in work quality
