Our team is growing We are looking for another Fractional Project Coordinator (anticipated 20-30 hours per week) who is a very detail-oriented individual to support cross-functional teams with multiple competing priorities. Various activities of the role include supporting project teams in day-to-day administrative operations and coordination._

**You will provide proactive, world-class service in a fast-paced environment in the following ways:
- Support multiple clients in collecting, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of sales data from a variety of data sources and client tools.
- Create & distribute meeting notes by attending live meetings or listening to meeting recordings.
- Support regular client team meetings by setting up calendar invites, posting the agenda, taking notes and actions.
- Utilize tools and methods to coordinate work efforts and share best practices to increase efficiencies for clients.
- Provide accountability through dashboards, project plans, milestones, action tracking, and status reports.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders on ad-hoc requests.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
- Create and update status reports.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years experience managing projects (such as events, volunteer groups, sports teams, corporate initiatives) or as supporting a project team or related field (customer support, business administration, etc.)
- Post-secondary education in a relatable field or a combination of education and work experience.
- Proficient use of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to be proactive, self-directed and resourceful.
- Effective written and verbal communication and expression in individual or group situations.
- Extremely organized with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented to ensure complete task accomplishments are done with precision.
- Experience running team meetings, managing action items, and escalating risks is considered an asset.
- Able to pass a background check related to criminal history in order to work with our global clients.
