**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and other departments as needed.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as appropriate.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, faxing, and ordering office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (2-4 years).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
