Sales Resources Administrator ( Hybrid Work Schedule )

The Sales Resources Administrator role offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients (Advisors) through seamless customer service. If this opportunity intrigues you, keep reading for more details about the role

**What we need you to do**:
Reporting directly to the Director, Sales Resources, you will support our winning National team by:
Managing the general inbox and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
Preparing and sending communications in Act-On, including posting events to Sitecore
Preparing and sending out advisor and retail newsletters
Setting up and running webinars in ‘Go To Webinar’ or Zoom, including liaising with speakers
Assisting with organizing and administering Master Works Professional Advisor Training courses
Other administrative tasks as required
**What it will take to do good work at HUB**:
Post-secondary education obtained at a credited community college or University
Essential to this role is time management skills and self-regulation to accomplish daily tasks in adherence to our service standards
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Meticulous attention to detail required
Proficient typing and computer skills - especially but not limited to Windows Office & Excel
Works well independently as well as with a team
Outgoing and comfortable liaising with members of the Executive Team and Carrier Reps
Knowledge of the Insurance and Financial Industry an asset
Working Conditions
Normal office environment and/or Hybrid Work-from-Home
