Position Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for internal and external HR- related inquires.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the HR inbox and assist with inquiries by redirecting them to the appropriate person and/or resources.
- Maintenance of employee records by updating employment information in HRMS (Workday) and ensure all paper and electronic transactions are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist with coordinating background checks, and preparing job offer letters. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including administering orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.
- Send communication to new hires regarding their first day requirements and schedule.
- Benefits administration including enrollments, terminations and changes.
- Create and prepare a variety of reports, presentations, and documents
- Process internal invoices.
- Support the administration of the Attendance Management, Employee Toll Free, and other HR Programs.
- Complete employment verifications, employment letters, and other verifications as required.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Other HR Tasks as assigned.
