Job Summary:
Our immigration office is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills in both Persian and English, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and immigration officers.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Translate documents and correspondence between Persian and English as needed.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Persian (Farsi) and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of immigration processes and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.26 per hour
