Marketing Coordinator

Location: Markham, ON
The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is a key member of the marketing department touching on initiatives for all brands within the company.
In this role:
- You will support the execution of all social media, digital, and PR initiatives including display marketing, SEO/SEM, email, e-commerce, social media, sponsorships, promotional events, and press releases/events.
- You will manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign assets, and all relevant campaign materials in preparation for campaign launch adhering to deadlines.
- You will assist with the development, procurement, and deployment of digital and traditional brand supporting materials.
- You will utilize your creative writing skills to generate and review product marketing descriptions in both English and French.
- You will create PowerPoint presentations for use at National Sales Conferences, Trade Shows, Executive Committee Meetings, and Customer Meetings.
Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role with a consumer goods company.
- You have advanced computer skills.
- Your oral and written skills in English and French are excellent.
- Your professionalism enhances your interaction with vendors.
