As an Administrative Assistant at Mimigo, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by handling administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of our office.

**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the team.
- Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in using Google Suite for document management and communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in data entry and maintaining records accurately
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
