**Job Duties for an Administrative Assistant in a Card Transaction Service Business**
- Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate person or department answer telephone and electronic inquiries, relaying messages and providing necessary information.
- Calculate and generate monthly invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Communicate with transaction centers to follow up on system updates and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread various documents such as correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, and reports from machine dictation and handwritten notes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the employer, ensuring all logistics are handled, record and prepare minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Determine and establish office procedures to enhance workflow and productivity,order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Prepare and program the basic features for the machines to be delivered to customers

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Completion of a college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
- At least one year of administrative experience

**Skills required for the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to**:

- Aptitude for learning new software and systems, familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and Quick Books
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Accurate record keeping
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability

Pay: $26.00 per hour
