Our busy construction office is looking to hire a new member to our team. We are looking for a friendly, detail oriented individual who enjoys helping other, likes to be a part of a family like work environment but is also capable of independently completing work.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- General office administrative functions
- Database entry
- Filing
- Scheduling and maintaining employee training records
- Scheduling and maintaining Service Work Orders
- Filling in for receptionist, when necessary

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Experience in Reception/Customer Service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, customer-service focused environment

Previous experience in a construction environment is an asset, Portuguese speaking also an asset.
