Montréal, Canada SIR solutions Full time

As an ambassador of SIR Solutions, the Manager of Business Development, will lead acquisitions of new customers and create new business to support our revenue growth with focus on the Ontario Market. You will represent SIR Solutions leading POS (Point of Sale) and Retail offering to SMBs in various verticals.

**Overview of your day-to-day life**:

- Develop new customers and revenues for SIR Solution for Canadian markets.
- Cultivate business relationships with the various corporate decision-makers and business operators, as well as our trusted Partners.
- Build a trusted business relationship with prospects and our customers, ensuring their growth and digital innovation at every step;
- Generate new business opportunities via your network, lead generation and referrals.
- Have a consultative selling style and represent the Customers’ best interests.
- Be Collaborative with the teams and have put your great communication skills and personality at the forefront.

**What we'd like you to own (and what will make you a Hero/Heroine of the sale)**:

- ** Business Development experience**: 5 years or more in the exciting world of technology sales;
- ** Technology Savvy**: In-depth knowledge of new technologies, such as a true explorer of digital frontiers.
- ** Network**: Ability to connect with peers and prospects in the retail world;
- ** Leadership**: Provide your input and ideas to customers and peers
- ** CRM & Pipeline Master**: Ability to juggle cutting-edge tools to orchestrate a symphony of successful sales;
- Knowledge of POS systems is a valuable asset

- Self-motivated, good organization and time management skills that allows people to count on you;
- Ability to influence and negotiate with an ease that seems almost supernatural;
- Possess a valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to expand our business empire;
- Building strong relationships with our customers and future partners is second nature to you.
