Parts for Trucks has been an industry leader providing parts and service to the heavy-duty trucking industry for over 100 years. With operations coast to coast, Parts for Trucks offers a complete range of products and services for all makes of trucks and trailers.

We are currently seeking a detail-orientated individual to join our team as a **Warranty Administrator.** As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing warranty claims and ensuring timely resolution of our customers. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will work closely with our parts departments and suppliers to facilitate the warranty process efficiently.

**Details**:

- Review and process warranty claims.
- Verify warranty coverage and ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain authorization for warranty claims, track progress and follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Accurately document and record all warranty claims and related information.
- Communicate effectively with parts departments regarding the status of warranty claims.
- Monitor warranty trends and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Other departmental duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Previous experience in warranty administration and knowledge of the return merchandise authorization process is preferred.
- An understanding of logistics and the movement of freight is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP software is helpful.
