We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Admin/Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: As an Admin/Receptionist at Superior Screen Printing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company's professionalism and commitment to excellence.

Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will be essential in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for all who interact with our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Use shop management software to create quotes for customers.
- Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and tidy reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Perform general office tasks to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
